''The MBE application process was intimidating when I started doing this on my own. The amount of paperwork and details the application is asking for is overwhelming! After several wasted months trying to figure out the paperwork, I was nowhere and gave-up! Then, I started looking for someone to help me in the process and came across Tawanna and Jay.  They helped me thorough all the paperwork, the process and showed me exactly what the MBE people wanted to see.

Finally, we filed the application, and I was expecting the process to take 45-90 days from that point. Just two days later, I got a call from the MBE agency asking for an interview the next day. I said yes, and the interview went well. The interviewer said the paperwork was so meticulously done, everything was simply perfect and she was surprised to see everything so organized the first try.

She had asked several questions about the business and I could answer all the questions with confidence! as I had been coached and had me involved in the all the paperwork assembly and that helped a lot in answering all the questions.

Two days later, my business is MBE certified. Thanks to Tawanna, Jay and the Team, a long and strenuous process supposed to take at least 90 days processing time was done in one week. I attribute it mainly to the knowledge and guidance through the whole process. Now I am looking forward to taking advantage of this MBE certification in giving a HUGE boost to my business.
